As one of the last additional equipment, new McCauley propellers with an electric DE ICE system were installed and this moved flights with this Baron to the TOP of safety and comfort, where one does not have to worry about the amount of fluid for propeller de-oiling, which was very limiting even with the great performance of this aircraft: About 12 minutes to reach level of 100 and here fly with a TAS 192 kts TAS with a fuel consumption of 22 - 25 US GAL. This consumption is of course helped by the calibrated GAMI nozzles.
